- Payment will be processed in accordance with the closing date and withdrawal date of each credit card company.At the time of membership application, it's a provisional reservation. Once the concierge checks the availability at the restaurant and if a spot is available, the reservation will be finalized and the charges will be applied to your card. If it is not possible to make a reservation due to circumstances such as the vacancy status of the restaurant, the concierge will contact the customer within 2 days from the application.In such a case, no payment will be made.
- Application Validity Period
- The application deadline is determined individually by each restaurant.
- Timing of Product Delivery or Service Provision
- The right to use the restaurant is transferred immediately upon completion of the reservation. However, the actual use of the restaurant based on this right is only available on the reserved date and time.
- Returns and Cancellation Policy

50% of reserved items
